Ingredients

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over them. Seal bag and massage marinade into chicken. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and discard excess marinade.
  4. Grill chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. While chicken is grilling, place red onion wedges on grill and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until tender and slightly charred.
  6. Remove chicken and onions from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Slice chicken and serve with grilled red onions.
