Ingredients

  • 1 whole 9-inch tart shell, pre-baked
  • 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  3. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly for about 5-7 minutes.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the filling is set and the edges are slightly golden.
