Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 8 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, Sriracha, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the mixture and blend until evenly mixed.
  4. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a 9-inch x 13-inch baking dish.
  5. Wrap the loaf with bacon slices, making sure to cover the entire surface.
  6. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 55 minutes.
  7. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (205°C) and bake for an additional 40 minutes, until the bacon is crispy and the meatloaf is cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
