  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 3 medium beets, roasted and sliced
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Place the pre-made pizza crust on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Spread olive oil over the crust and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange the sliced roasted beets evenly over the crust.
  5. Crumble the goat cheese over the beets.
