  4. Transfer the marinated ribs and the marinade into a Dutch oven. Pour in the beef broth.
  5. Cover the Dutch oven with a lid and place it in the preheated oven. Braise the ribs for 2.5 hours, until the meat is tender and easily separates from the bone.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
