Ingredients

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  5. Assemble the bowls by dividing quinoa among four bowls. Top each with roasted broccoli and a generous dollop of avocado lime drizzle. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if desired.
