- 1 tbsp vegetable oil, for grilling

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes and place in a shallow dish. Pour marinade over tofu and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even coating.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread tofu cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each cube to ensure even grilling.
- Brush the grill grates with vegetable oil to prevent sticking. Grill skewers for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally, until tofu is charred on the edges.
