Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh fenugreek leaves, washed and chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 1 Tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Instructions
- Heat 1 Tbsp of ghee in a pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- Once the seeds crackle, add 2 cups of chopped fenugreek leaves and sauté for 5 minutes until the leaves are slightly wilted.
- Add 1 tsp of coriander powder and 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder. Mix well to coat the leaves with spices.
- Pour in 1/2 cup of fresh cream and simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
- Serve in a white dish with roti or rice, garnished with extra cumin seeds if desired.
