Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
- Microwave the mixture on high for 1 minute. Stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds if necessary, until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped walnuts, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into an 8" x 8" baking pan lined with parchment paper, spreading evenly.
