  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 whole lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 8 whole flour tortillas

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced red, green, and yellow bell peppers, along with the onion. Cook for about 5 minutes, until slightly softened.

  6. Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or in the microwave until pliable.
