This weeknight-friendly dish relies on a short, hot bake to keep cod moist while a simple butter, garlic, and lemon topping seeps into the flesh. Fresh parsley and dill add a clean, herbal finish without masking the fish's mild flavor. It pairs well with rice, roasted vegetables, or a simple salad.
Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets (about 6 ounces each)

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

-
