  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 4 sprigs fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, and lemon juice.

  4. Season the inside and outside of each trout with salt and pepper.
