Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons dried chamomile flowers
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 1 slice lemon (optional)
Method

Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan or kettle.

Place the dried chamomile flowers in a tea infuser or directly into a mug.

Pour the hot water over the chamomile and cover the mug to trap the aroma.

Steep for 5 minutes, until the water turns pale gold and smells floral.
