  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 4 large flour tortillas

Method

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and rub both sides with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. Heat a 9-inch skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 6 to 7 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through to 165°F internally.

  3. Transfer the chicken to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.

  4. In a large bowl, toss the chopped romaine with the Caesar dressing until evenly coated.

  5. Lay out each tortilla and divide the dressed romaine evenly among them, leaving a border around the edges.

  6. Top the lettuce with sliced chicken and shaved Parmesan.

  7. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.

  8. Slice each wrap in half on a diagonal and serve immediately.
