- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup creamy almond butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

Method
-
Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on two sides for easy removal.

-
Transfer the toasted oats and almonds to a large mixing bowl.
-
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the honey, almond butter, and butter, stirring until melted and smooth, about 3 minutes.

Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes, then fold in the semisweet chocolate chips and half of the mini chocolate chips.
-
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press firmly and evenly into the corners using the back of a spatula or your hands.
-
Sprinkle the remaining mini chocolate chips over the top and press gently to adhere.
-
Refrigerate the pan uncovered until firm, at least 2 hours.
-
Lift the slab from the pan using the parchment overhang, place on a cutting board, and slice into 16 bars.
-
Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
