- 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
- 1 14 oz can coconut milk

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the graham cracker crust in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
- In a medium saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Heat over medium, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks. Gradually temper the yolks by adding a small amount of the hot coconut mixture, whisking constantly.
- Pour the tempered yolks back into the saucepan. Continue cooking over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Mix in the butter and vanilla extract until well incorporated. Transfer the coconut custard into the cooled crust. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to set.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until stiff peaks form.
