Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh sour orange juice (or 1/3 cup orange juice plus 2 tablespoons lime juice)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
