Ingredients

  • 4 slices cuban bread
  • 4 slices roast pork
  • 8 slices ham
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • 8 slices pickles
  • 2 Tbsp mustard
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat a panini press or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread mustard on one side of each slice of Cuban bread.
  3. Layer ham, roast pork, Swiss cheese, and pickles on two slices of the bread.
  4. Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
  5. Butter the outside of each sandwich evenly.
  6. Place the sandwiches in the panini press or skillet and cook until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from heat, slice sandwiches diagonally, and serve immediately.
