- 2 tablespoons gochugaru (Korean red chili flakes)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice wine (mirin)
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup onion, grated
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons curry powder

In a medium bowl, whisk together the gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, and corn syrup until smooth.
