This whipped coffee trend layers an airy, caramel-colored foam over a glass of cold milk, creating a two-toned drink that's stirred together just before sipping. Equal parts instant coffee, sugar, and hot water whip into stiff, glossy peaks with a whisk or electric mixer, no espresso machine required. It makes a photogenic afternoon pick-me-up or a slow weekend treat.
