Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tart cherry juice
- 1 scoop magnesium glycinate powder, unflavored or berry-flavored
- 1/2 cup prebiotic soda or sparkling water
- 1/4 cup fresh mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, cranberries)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary or mint, for garnish
