Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough ball
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness.
  3. Brush one side of the dough with olive oil and lay it on the grill, oil side down.
  4. Grill for 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear and the dough puffs slightly.
  5. Brush the top side with olive oil, then flip using tongs.
  6. Quickly spread the pizza sauce over the grilled side.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  8. Place pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.
  9. Grill for another 2-3 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
  10. Remove from grill, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dried oregano.
  11. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  12. Slice and serve immediately.
