Ingredients
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup water
Method

Combine the honey and water in a small saucepan.

Warm over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the honey fully dissolves into the water, about 5 minutes. Do not let it boil.

Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.

Pour the cooled syrup into a clean bottle or jar and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
