Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the cubed sweet potatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
