  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  3. Crumble the drained and pressed tofu into the pan, cooking for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. Stir in the chopped kimchi, cooked rice, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of sesame oil, and 1 tsp of sriracha, mixing well.
  5. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
