Ingredients

  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, and finely diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 roma tomato, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 0 freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 tortilla chips or tostadas, for serving
