Sweet mango juice settles over a splash of grenadine for a glowing sunrise effect that builds right in the glass. Topped with sparkling lemon-lime soda and finished with a squeeze of fresh lime, it's a refreshing non-alcoholic sipper for brunch or warm afternoons.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup mango juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda
  • 2 tablespoons grenadine
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 orange slice, for garnish
  • 1 maraschino cherry, for garnish

Method

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

  2. Pour the mango juice over the ice, filling the glass about three-quarters full.

  3. Slowly pour the grenadine down the inside of the glass so it sinks to the bottom, creating a sunrise layering effect.

  4. Top the glass with the lemon-lime soda, pouring gently to preserve the layers.

  5. Stir in the fresh lime juice with one gentle swirl, keeping most of the gradient intact.

  6. Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry, then serve immediately.
