Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup instant coffee granules
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing the sides to overhang for easy removal later.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Mix thoroughly until well combined, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix together powdered sugar, instant coffee granules, and heavy cream until smooth and well blended. Spread this mixture evenly over the crust in the pan.
- Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts evenly over the top of the mocha filling and gently press them into the surface.
- Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours until they are fully set. Once set, remove from the pan using the parchment overhang, and cut into bars.
