Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup instant coffee granules
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing the sides to overhang for easy removal later.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Mix thoroughly until well combined, then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together powdered sugar, instant coffee granules, and heavy cream until smooth and well blended. Spread this mixture evenly over the crust in the pan.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts evenly over the top of the mocha filling and gently press them into the surface.
  5. Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours until they are fully set. Once set, remove from the pan using the parchment overhang, and cut into bars.
