  • 1/4 cup cups olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon teaspoons black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Method

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the orange juice, orange zest, chopped chipotle peppers, and adobo sauce.

  2. Add the olive oil, lime juice, garlic, honey, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the blender.

  3. Blend on medium speed until the mixture is smooth and well combined, about 30 seconds.

  4. Stir in the chopped cilantro by hand.

  5. Transfer the marinade to a jar or airtight container and use immediately, or refrigerate until ready to use.
