Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup warm water
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes, or to taste

In a small saucepan, combine the peanut butter, warm water, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.

Whisk over medium-low heat until smooth and heated through, 4 to 5 minutes.

Taste and adjust with additional lime juice, soy sauce, or warm water to reach desired tanginess and consistency.
