Ingredients
- 6 fresh raspberries, plus extra for garnish
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 4 ounces non-alcoholic rosé wine, chilled
- 2 ounces sparkling water, chilled
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 fresh mint sprig, for garnish

In the bottom of a glass, muddle the raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice together until the raspberries are crushed and juicy.

Fill the glass with ice cubes.

Pour the non-alcoholic rosé over the ice, then top with sparkling water.

Stir gently to combine, then garnish with extra raspberries and a mint sprig before serving.
