Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced into 1-inch pieces
- 12 ounces penne pasta
- 5 ounces fresh baby spinach
- 2 cups alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Method
-
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a 9x13-inch sheet pan or baking dish with foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.

-
Spread the seasoned chicken in a single layer on the prepared pan and roast for 12 minutes, until just cooked through.
