- 1 large avocado, sliced
- 4 slices cheddar cheese, halved
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup baby lettuce leaves
- 12 slices tomato
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lime juice

Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape into small patties about 2.5 inches wide.

In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and lime juice; set aside.

Heat olive oil in a 9-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook patties in batches, 4 to 5 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

During the last minute of cooking, place a half-slice of cheddar on each patty and cover the skillet to melt.
