- 1/2 cup smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder

In a medium bowl, combine the smoked paprika, brown sugar, kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, thyme, and mustard powder.
