Method

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the peanut butter, warm water, soy sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice, honey, chili garlic sauce, garlic, and ginger.

  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer gently, whisking occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly, about 2 minutes.
