Ingredients
- 8 ounces lo mein noodles
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1 cup snow peas
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 0 salt and pepper, to taste
Method

Bring a 6-quart saucepan of salted water to a boil and cook the lo mein noodles according to package directions until tender.

Drain the noodles, rinse briefly with cool water to stop them sticking, and set aside.

Season the sliced chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat the vegetable oil in a 9-inch skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 6 minutes.

Push the chicken to one side of the skillet, add the cabbage, carrots, and snow peas, and stir-fry until just tender-crisp, about 4 minutes.
