  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp peanuts, chopped, for garnish
