Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. Using your hands, shape the mixture into small bites, about the size of a walnut, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and firm to the touch.
  5. Allow them to cool slightly before serving on a platter.
