Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups granola
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 ounces dark chocolate, shaved or finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

  1. In a small bowl, stir the vanilla extract into the Greek yogurt until evenly combined.

  2. Using a vegetable peeler or sharp knife, shave the dark chocolate into thin curls and set aside.

  3. In 4 serving glasses, spoon a thin layer of yogurt into the bottom of each glass.

  4. Add a layer of granola over the yogurt, followed by a layer of mixed berries.

  5. Repeat the layering with the remaining yogurt, granola, and berries until the glasses are filled.

  6. Drizzle each parfait with honey and top with the dark chocolate shavings.
