This variation on the classic Negroni swaps a portion of the usual stir for a splash of cold brew concentrate, adding a roasted, slightly bitter undertone to the gin, vermouth, and Campari. Stirred over ice and strained, it makes a bracing before-dinner sipper with a dark, glossy finish. Serve in a chilled rocks glass with a twist of orange peel.
