  • 1/3 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 unbaked pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cook carrots, peas, and celery in boiling water until tender, then drain.
