Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu, crumbled
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet along with turmeric powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to ensure the tofu is evenly coated with the spices.
