Ingredients

  • 12 whole dinner rolls

  • 1 lb sliced ham
  • 1/2 lb sliced Swiss cheese

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally, keeping them attached if possible, and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Spread mustard evenly on the bottom halves of the rolls.
  4. Layer the sliced ham evenly over the mustard.
  5. Add the Swiss cheese slices over the ham, followed by an even layer of sliced pickles.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls over the fillings, aligning them with the bottoms.
  7. In a bowl, combine melted butter, poppy seeds, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  8. Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
  9. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  11. Allow the sliders to cool slightly, then slice them into individual pieces before serving warm.
