Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Rinse the goose and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Season the goose inside and out with salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, and onion powder, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Place the goose on a rack in a roasting pan, breast side up.
  5. Roast the goose in the preheated oven for about 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature at the thickest part of the breast and thigh.
