Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 package wonton wrappers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat. Once cooked, drain any excess fat and mix in the taco seasoning.
  3. Place one wonton wrapper into each section of a muffin tin, pressing them into the base and sides to form cups.
  4. Spoon the seasoned ground turkey into the wonton cups, followed by a layer of shredded cheese, then add chopped onions and tomatoes.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the wonton wrappers appear golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Serve each taco cup topped with salsa and a dollop of sour cream.
