- 4 whole chicken thighs
- 6 slices bacon, sliced
- 1 whole onion, chopped
- 2 whole carrots, sliced

- 1 cup chicken broth

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Set bacon aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
