Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  4. In a saucepan, heat additional olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add the tomato sauce and red pepper flakes to the saucepan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise with lemon juice to make the aioli. Mix until smooth.
  7. Arrange the crispy potatoes on a serving dish. Drizzle with the spicy tomato sauce and serve with garlic aioli on the side.
