South African Rooibos Rusks are a traditional crunchy treat ideal for enjoying with tea or coffee. Crafted with the fragrant essence of rooibos tea, these rusks offer a distinctive flavor profile. The process involves an initial bake followed by a slow drying phase, which creates their signature texture, ensuring they remain fresh for extended periods. Whether served at breakfast or as a satisfying snack, these rusks bring a touch of South African culinary heritage to any occasion.
