- 4 Tbsp butter, softened

Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat, 375°F (190°C).
- Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise, scoop out seeds.
- Brush cut sides of squash with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Place squash cut-side down on grill, cook 25-30 min, until tender.
- In small bowl, combine softened butter, chopped herbs, season lightly.
- Remove squash from grill, flip over, fill center with herbed butter.
- Cover with foil, let butter melt for 3-4 min.
- Slice squash into strands, serve with remaining herbed butter.
