  2. Divide the dough into small, equal-sized pieces.
  3. Flatten each piece slightly to create a small disk.
  4. Place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center of each disk.
  5. Carefully wrap the dough around the cheese, sealing it completely and forming a sealed ball.
  6. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and carefully add the baking soda.
  7. Gently place the pretzel bites into the boiling water for 1-2 minutes.
